A New Vision for Earlsdon Street: Local Independent Optician Unveils Stunning Transformation
A cornerstone of the Earlsdon business community is entering an exciting new chapter. Following the retirement of Mike and Carole Harris after 42 years of service, the Michael P Harris Opticians on Earlsdon Street has undergone a total transformation under the stewardship of Moin Valli, owner of the family-run Valli Optometry & Audiology.
While the practice joined the Valli family nearly two years ago, Moin was committed to a patient-first transition, ensuring the independent spirit of the practice remained intact. This month marks the official completion of that journey with the unveiling of a comprehensive, high-end refurbishment that brings state-of-the-art clinical facilities to the heart of Earlsdon.
Reflecting on the handover, Mike Harris shared his support for the new direction:

The heartbeat of the practice remains unchanged. Patients will be greeted by the same friendly faces they have known for years, as long-standing team members Becky and Vikki, along with Tess, continue to lead the front-of-house team.
Joining them is Naila Benson, a local Optometrist who has stepped into Mike’s clinical role, and Anisah Khattak, the practice’s Audiologist. Together, they are bringing a new integrated approach to health on Earlsdon Street.
