At Valli Opticians we love to collaborate with other local independent businesses. One place where this works well is Hebden Bridge, with its abundance of independent shops and supportive community there is always an opportunity to work with like minded individuals to create exciting and popular events.

On Thursday 29th November 2018 we teamed up with Joanne and her popular boutique Dragonfly to present SEEN – a fashion show with a difference.  Transforming the practice into a gold glittery catwalk, models strutted their stuff to a packed crowd wearing the latest AW18 collection from Dragonfly and beautiful eyewear from Valli Opticians.

We also had special guest speakers – Jasmine from EMU Australia who talked about the EMI brand and gave a sneak preview of the AW19 collection, and colour consultant, Tina Petty from Bloome talked about how important colour is when choosing clothes and glasses.

This event follows the success of last year’s “Eye for Style” fashion show which saw a huge number of people attend and funds raised for local charity Watermark.  This year’s chosen charity was the Macmillan Unit at Calderdale and so far we have raised over £500.
