Welcome to Valli in Cheadle Hulme, formerly known as Barradells Opticians.

Based in the Cheadle Hulme Shopping Centre, our modern practice offers a range of services and eye care products to all the family.  Our patients are greeted with a friendly face and a cup of tea or coffee and time is taken to get to know them.

We stock a fantastic range of designer eye wear, luxurious optical brands, and a stylish yet affordable range of budget frames.  We are stockists of Ronit Furst Eyewear – a beautiful range of colourful hand-painted frames, Etnia Barcelona, Maui Jim Sunglasses, Lindberg, Silhouhette, Ray-Ban and many more.

Our appointments are longer than most and we use the latest eye care technology and equipment including a state of the art OCT eye scanning machine.  Our experienced Optometrists will take the time to explain the eye test clearly and offer advice on a range of eye-related problems, conditions, general health and well-being.

We offer a full contact lens service from fittings to checks and a regular delivery service.  The Valli VIP Plan is tailored to the individual and offers great benefits including unlimited check-ups and 25% off spectacles.

We offer enhanced optical services including CUES, which means people can visit us rather than their GP or hospital if they are experiencing pain, discomfort, redness, sudden changes or flashes of light in their vision and any other eye related symptoms.  Anyone can access this service and it is funded by the NHS so there is no cost to the patient and appointments can be booked at short notice.

We provide a full hearing care service including hearing aids, hearing aid batteries and other accessories, ear wax removal and FREE hearing health assessments.
